Processing Time
All orders are processed with care within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays). Each order is hand-picked by our warehouse team and undergoes a quality control check to ensure you receive your Natupo products in perfect condition.

Shipping & Delivery
We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the United States!

Once your order is processed and shipped, it typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery within the US.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This email will allow you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Where We Ship?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

What If My Package Is Lost or Undeliverable?
If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us immediately at nicole@usnatupo.com

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
