Natupo Creator Reward Program

1. Eligibility:
  
• The Program is open only to individuals who have made a purchase of any Natupo product from our official Natupo website https://usnatupo.com

• Purchases made on Amazon, eBay, or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for this Program.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

2. How to Participate:
To receive the reward, you must complete all of the following steps:

• Step 1: Create an original, horizontal or vertical video showcasing your purchased Natupo product. The video must be of good quality and show the product in use.

• Step 2: Upload the video to your public social media account on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Youtube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Reddit.

• Step 3: In your post, you MUST:

   ▫ Tag our official social media account.

   ▫ Use the hashtag: #NatupoKitchen.

• Step 4: Complete the official submission form provided in your invitation email, including a valid link to your social media post and your order number.

3. Reward & Fulfillment:
  
• Upon successful verification and approval of your submission (typically within 1-2 business days), you will   receive your choice of ONE of the following rewards:

   ▫ A $5 USD Natupo Store Credit Voucher for use on a future purchase at our official website, OR

   ▫ $5 USD Cash sent via Venmo or PayPal.

• You must specify your reward preference (Voucher or Cash) when submitting the form. For cash rewards, you must provide your correct Venmo/PayPal account details.

• Rewards will be fulfilled within 1 business days after approval.

• This reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash if the voucher option is selected. There is no cash alternative except as specified.

• Limit one (1) reward per eligible order/household.

4. Content Guidelines:
Your video content must:

• Be your own original creation.

• Be appropriate for a general audience and must not contain any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes upon any third-party rights.

• Comply with the community guidelines of the social media platform on which it is posted.

• By submitting your content, you grant Natupo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, and share your video for promotional purposes on our official channels, with credit to your social media handle.

5. General Conditions:
  
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any submission that does not meet the guidelines, is suspected of fraud, or for any other reason.

• We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected submissions, or for any technical errors in the submission process.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• This Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
